Full refund
If we fail to start delivering likes within 10 minutes of your first eligible new post during the plan’s active period, you get a 100% refund. Email us; we don’t require justification beyond the order ID.
Top-up
If a delivery underperforms its target range (you ordered 80–150 likes per post and a post received fewer than 80), we top up the missing likes for free. This is the default remedy.
Partial refund
If you don’t want a top-up, we issue a partial refund equal to the proportion of undelivered engagement.
No-refund situations
- You set your account to private during the plan, blocking detection.
- You changed username during the plan without notifying us.
- You requested delivery to an account you don’t own.
