Do you ever ask for my Instagram password?+
No. Our system uses Instagram's public profile endpoint to detect new posts. Your username is the only input. We have no password column in the database.
Can a password-free service really deliver quality-checked likes?+
Yes — the password is only relevant for outgoing actions (auto-DM, follow loops). Incoming likes are dispatched against post URLs by third-party panels and never flow through your account.
Is my username/IP stored?+
Yes, for fraud detection and order servicing. Visitor IPs are kept 30 days; usernames are kept until plan completion plus a short audit window.
How fast do likes arrive on a new post?+
Median first-like latency is 53 seconds from publish. Total delivery is drip-fed across the first ~25 minutes to fit the organic engagement curve.
Can I choose instant delivery instead?+
No, by design. Instant bursts trigger Instagram's anomaly classifier which discounts the likes' ranker weight. Drip-feed gets full credit and ~3× more reach lift in our internal tests.
What if I post more than my plan covers?+
Each plan caps the number of monitored posts. Posts beyond the cap are simply ignored — not queued, not charged extra.
What if my account is private?+
We can't deliver. The detection loop only sees public posts. If your account is private, switch it to public for the duration of the plan.
Why does the price differ for visitors in different countries?+
We base prices in USD and convert live to your local currency using real-time exchange rates. Two visitors paying in different currencies pay the same USD equivalent. No FX surcharge.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. The total at checkout is what you pay. Crypto settles at network rate via Binance Pay.
Do you do refunds?+
Full refund if delivery doesn't start within 10 minutes of your order. Partial refund if delivery is interrupted (we top up the missing likes if you prefer). See /legal/refund.
Can I get banned for buying likes?+
There is no documented case of an Instagram ban for incoming likes. Bans target outgoing behaviour. Because we never log into your account, we can't trigger that side of the policy.
Will I get shadowbanned?+
Highly unlikely. Shadowbans are usually triggered by outgoing automation. Buying likes is one-way and the worst case is the algorithm discounts the likes — your account isn't affected.
What about Instagram's TOS?+
TOS prohibits sharing your access credentials with third parties. Because we never ask for them, you don't violate that clause when ordering with us.
